Let me start off with Ive had some good and some bad experience taking my kids to get haircuts here. So we had checked in online and there was no wait so we went ahead and went to the shop when we arrived there was 1 person waiting in front of us (no big deal) our wait was 19 min. There were 3 stylist. 1 was only cutting hair. Our time for a wait was started over 3 different times ( we asked for first availability) so we waited for almost an hour not 19 minutes( again no big deal) when it was time for my son to be called the stylist were very rude. The customer service and the time that she spent doing my sons hair was horrible. Not to mention she Had direction for the haircut and it was still done poorly. Idk if this place is u see new management or what but our service has never been like this here. We are even going to have to go back to another stylist to fix his haircut. If anyone is wondering the stylist name that did so poorly is Tania at luckys corner location!

Horrible horrible experience don’t know if your stylist is on drugs or hungover but did not comfort the kids at all and the fading was off and they reek of cigarette smoke and some young girl managing the store I can see why and most likely will not return
